The other day I saw video of Fauci in an 10/29/2019 panel discussion at CSPAN mention attaching hemagglutinin stem antigens to "self assembling nano particles". Part of a universal mRNA flu vaccine. Is that the "lipid nanoparticles" you mentioned? The self assembling aspect is strange and intriguing.
