I could see it for some video editors and animation renderers, where the processing is sped up by 20 times. That could free up some serious time for them. For me? Loading FR 20 times faster ain’t gonna make a difference.
99^ of users could get along fine with the Mac Mini or Mack Book Air and they are relatively cheap, especially if you get a discount or Refurb. For those that are interested Costco usually sells Mac stuff at the same discount price as government, just the usually bottom end features iMacs, Minis, iPads, Earbuds, you know the stuff that most people use. The cheapest Macs are more than adequate for YouTubers or home users just get it done much cheaper now.
What’s the status of VMware (Fusion I guess?) on these M-series computers?
