The Feds should be focused solely on his parents. They know exactly where he is, and are probably helping him. The reason I believe they know is because they're not freaking out at all, or saying anything. Innocent, concerned parents would be all over the news, asking either for their son to turn himself in or help finding him (because they're worried sick about his well-being or location).

Their trip to meet with their attorney in Orlando (I think) was particularly weird -- IIRC, they spent an hour or so at a public library before meeting with him. Strange thing to do, in my book.

Mom and dad read fake email under drafts.
Compose email in return and save to drafts.
No emails hitting the servers, good luck tracking that 😊
