I do it opposite, by skipping dinner.
Breakfast and lunch eaten for energy, dinner skipped maybe 3-4 nights each week.
Need the energy for the gym.
Male, 59, 6’, 174# strong

But, whatever works for each individual.
Or, as my dad used to say “to each, his own”.=o)
