That's obviously something that Rat Party Headquarters would advise any of their candidates to do.

MERRICK GARLAND Threat Against Parent’s 1st Amendment Right Backfires…
Dad Serves Stunned School Board With $200 Million Lawsuit In Middle of Meeting [VIDEO]
GATEWAY PUNDIT ^ | 10/14/2021 | Patty McMurray

We are in serious trouble in the United States of America. We have a mostly incoherent “president” that over half of America doesn’t believe was elected fairly. Joe Biden is likely taking orders from unelected people working behind the scenes with an agenda that is so evil that, if exposed by our dishonest media, would shock our nation to its core.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – On October 4, Barack Obama’s failed Supreme Court nominee turned Joe Biden’s Barack Obama’s Attorney General Merrick Garland sent a threatening note to warn parents of his plan to plant federal law enforcement agencies in communities around America. The letter was likely meant to chill dissent against school boards or school administrators over mask mandates and the teaching of CRT. The letter was prompted by the National School Board Association (NSBA), who called on the Biden administration to take action against unruly parents who keep showing up at school board meetings; the Department of Justice under Attorney General Merrick Garland has taken up the cause against parents. The NSBA encouraged the Biden administration to classify the actions of concerned parents as “the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.”

A lot has happened since our US Attorney General Merrick Garland’s threat against the First Amendment Right of parents to speak freely against the racist Critical Race Theory (CRT) being pushed on students in grades K-12 or against forcing our children to wear masks to school?

Shortly after Merrick’s threat against parents speaking out, it was discovered that Merrick Garland’s daughter is married to the co-founder of a company that provides schools with materials to teach CRT.

Schools have a LONG history of doing this - shuffling around problems students - and teachers and administrators - keeping it quiet - and hoping no one notices.

They want to keep corruption, crime and other malfeasance (all of which I witnessed as a 33-year survivor of teaching in a public school) to as bare a minimum as possible. I constantly heard these things would be taken care of “in house” - and there was no need to get the local authorities involved. Lots of crimes were covered up.

And, no school - or school district - wants the publicity, fall-out, police records, reports, the notoriety, etc. So they shuffle off the problem - you taken one of mine, I’ll take one of yours. This way, they can brag that their “schools are safe” - when they are anything but.

This is how the rapist got KNOWINGLY transferred to another school instead of being expelled immediately, criminally charged - and sitting in a juvenile jail, where he should have been.

Hope the lawyers are all over this one and the school board members, principals, any other administrators or school personnel are fired and personally sued and jailed.

How Low Will the Loudoun County School Board Go?
Townhall.com ^ | October 15, 2021 | Jane Robins
FR Posted on 10/15/2021, 7:50:33 AM by Kaslin

The education world is ablaze with the story from Loudon County, Virginia, about the tragic consequences of a school district policy opening up restrooms to students of both sexes. The Daily Wire reported this week that in May 2021, a boy (“allegedly wearing a skirt”) allegedly attacked a girl in the girls’ restroom and was criminally charged with forcible sodomy, anal sodomy, and forcible fellatio. A few weeks later, the victim’s father — Scott Smith — was arrested at a Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) Board meeting when he joined other parents in protesting the bathroom use policy that enabled the attack on his daughter.

At the time of Smith’s arrest, LCPS had not revealed to other parents that the assault occurred. Nor had it revealed that the same assailant – whom LCPS reportedly transferred to another school as a result of the first assault — had attacked another girl at his new school.

But the problem goes much deeper than simply not mentioning the crimes, as bad as that is. In fact, at the June board meeting that prompted Smith’s arrest, LCPS officials were asked specifically about assaults in schools’ private facilities since the 2019 implementation of the bathroom use policy – and their responses were blatantly untrue.

Beginning at about the 6:47:10 mark of the meeting video, during a discussion of revising the bathroom use policy (officially known as Rule 1040) to comply with new state law, School Board Chair Brenda Sheridan poses a question to LCPS personnel who are testifying: “Have we had any issues involving transgender students in our bathrooms or locker rooms since the passage of 1040?”

The response comes from an official who is off-camera and therefore not clearly identifiable: “Ms. Sheridan, we have not had any issues to my knowledge.”

Maybe this official is just out of the loop, which would raise the question why they’re the one responding to the inquiry. But none of the other officials speak up to offer any correction either.

Even worse, and even more incredibly, Superintendent Scott Ziegler asks for the floor so that he can double down on the erroneous denial. According to Ziegler, “The issue of assaults taking place, or transgender students assaulting other students in the restroom,” is a “red herring.” Ziegler then cites a 2016 Time Magazine article claiming such assaults are a myth.

“In fact,” Ziegler proclaims, “regardless of the gender or gender identity of a student, if a crime or a violation of the rules is committed, that would be investigated and dealt with to the full extent of the rules or the law... It’s not happening.”

Is it even conceivable that the district superintendent was unaware of two sexual assaults allegedly committed in the schools he supervises? If that’s true, LCPS has a critical problem in its administration. But the other possibility is much worse – that LCPS officials were deliberately misleading, and even going out of their way to mislead, the board and the community about the tragic results of the policy that LCPS champions as a testament to social justice and civil rights.

Forced to respond to the uproar after the assaults were reported publicly, LCPS finally issued a statement noting — contrary to the statements at the Board meeting — that the assault on Smith’s daughter (plus the other similar attack) had been reported to law enforcement and would be properly investigated by LCPS. The statement also claimed that “members of the Loudoun County School Board were not aware of the specific details of the incident until it was reported in media outlets earlier this week.” LCPS also added the irrelevant observation that Smith had not signed up to speak at the board meeting as though that somehow justified his arrest.

Note that LCPS doesn’t assert expressly that the board was unaware of the assault. It merely says the Board members didn’t know the “specific details” of the assault. Would LCPS officials really have concealed from the Board crimes committed at two schools – enabled by a policy that the board passed? Given the general level of incompetence and perhaps venality demonstrated by the administration in this sordid episode, anything’s possible. But if the district officials really were hiding the information, surely the board will consider mass terminations in the district office.

But maybe not. After all, this board passed the dangerous policy in the first place, with the majority ignoring common sense concerns about the safety of all LCPS students. And at the end of Superintendent Ziegler’s declaration of Nothing to See Here, one board member rejected the entire notion that possible assaults are a concern, saying “Our students do not need to be protected and they are not in danger from their transgender peers. And so that rhetoric is hurtful and false.”

Or maybe not.

Parents should remove their children from any schools that maintain these misguided policies. In the meantime, trust no one in any school administration to tell the truth — or to protect your kids.

Things Are Not Adding Up The Way McAuliffe Wants Them To
Townhall. com ^ | October 16, 2021 | Martha Boneta
FR Posted on 10/16/2021, 6:47:24 AM by Kaslin

This is not adding up the way Terry McAuliffe thought it would.

He thought he could tie Glenn Youngkin to Donald Trump and be done with the upstart. Then he thought he could align himself with the man who expelled Trump from the White House – whose political reputation would put him in the mainstream of Virginia’s Democrat Party.

Then he thought he could paint his opponent as a waffler on abortion and anti-vax zealot and place himself on the side of the school boards against parents in the various fights over curriculum going on in Loudoun County and elsewhere.

As these strategies have unfolded, McAuliffe’s lead over Youngkin has shrunk from nine points in August to six in September to one as of the first week of October. The Cook Political Report has moved the race into the tossup category. The coalitions of voters that have enabled Democrats to win every statewide race since 2009 are in place, but the numbers are down significantly from what they usually deliver.

In Northern Virginia – the 8th, 10th and 11th congressional districts, which include large swaths of Fairfax County, Alexandria, Arlington and Loudoun counties – McAuliffe leads, 64-36. Last November, Fairfax went 70 percent for Joe Biden, Alexandria and Arlington went 80 percent and Loudoun 61 percent.

But Biden’s disapproval rating in Virginia has increased 15 points since February and his unfavorable rating by 17 points, according to Roanoke College polling. Biden, who endorsed and campaigned for McAuliffe, is now polling in the low- to mid-40s in Virginia. The poll found 22 percent said Biden’s endorsement made them more likely to vote for McAuliffe, but 39 percent said it made it less likely.

McAuliffe himself admitted resident Biden was a drag on his ticket.

Isn’t there some Obama law that allowed minority student criminals to not be reported to the police so they wouldn’t enter adulthood with a record? That’s what happened with the Parkland school shooting and Nicholas Cruz. Cruz is a Hispanic name so they gave him a pass on his previous crimes so he wouldn’t have a record.
Maybe that’s what they did with this guy.
I have another question and that is what did Betsy DeVos do when she was education secretary? I don’t remember her to help much.

only part of the reason- the other reason is that the boy i n a skirt is in the protected woke class, and they tried to cover it up so that no negative news about boys in red dresses would get out and cause people to realize that trannies and lgbtq crowd aren’t as peaceful and tolerant as the left constantly lyingly assure everyone that they are-

Had it been a white conservative kid that did the rape- you woudl have heard about it immediately on the news- with the school board coming down hard on him and his parents- and rightfully so- but because the pedophile rapist in a skirt did it- they hushed it up-

The left love and protect pedos and rapists, and attack the victims of the pedos and rapists when the pedos and rapists are one of their woke crowd-
