I don’t care how many “accommodations” they’re willing to give, none of it is legal or right. I don’t care if my employer is going to mandate the vaccine but allow us to test weekly, I don’t do it. I’m 100% remote. I don’t interact with coworkers physically ever. I’ve never met anyone on my team in person. Getting tested is absurd, and I’m not going to comply. I’ll take my lumps, but this is a hill to die on.
