We need the 'full' picture to decide whether or not she's fully guilty... Based on this photo, she's pretty good looking, so probably probation at best.
This young woman below though was obviously 'not guilty'

If these teachers aren’t able to do the math on pregnancy expectations and to take precautions when doing the deed with underage students, then they aren’t fit to teach anyway.
Compounding the sex without using some form of protection like the pill or the after sex pill is unexcuseable.
