But the gist of this article, is that FB makes more money with greater engagement. Greater engagement comes with inflammatory or polarizing articles. The algorithms can be adjusted to promote inflammatory or polarizing articles, and suppress "ho-hum" articles.
We see it here on FR. Articles with the most posts have content that gets your blood boiling. This article, isn't getting tons of posts.
