It’s my view that doctors have a variety of views on the desirability of taking certain drugs or treatments, but once a doctor is part of a huge bureaucracy like Kaiser Permanente, their opportunities for individual judgment probably shrink and they must comply with the corporate view, e.g., “Dr. X, we’ve noticed that few of your patients have received a Covid vaccine - why is that? You know what our policy is.”
