Well when the command structure cannot even read much less follow the regulations I have a problem with it. Guess that is why I retired a CW5.

Sadly you might be part of the problem. If you don’t know the regulations and blindly follow you become part of the problem. Troops under my care never were in need and followed the regulations. The first responsibility in the chain of command it to ensure the welfare of the troops. In todays military the command has forgot that basic premise. When it becomes all about I/Me things start falling into disarray. You must be a newly minted Butter Bar who says “In my experience”.
