I’m not looking for anyone in particular to answer the question. I’ve seen the 80% figure used before. I would accept some good, honest spitballin from wherever it may come.

Once upon a time, when I was young and stupid, I entered a doctoral program. Knowing then what I know now, I would have studied welding instead.

Anyway, I am stuck wondering how, if I were going to design a study to measure “wakeupedness,” I would operationalize what that is so it could be measured.

If you are talking about the supposed 80% figure for Trumps return it has a host of sponsors.perhaps starting with Juan O Savin. Is he JFK jr. we don't know.Anyway this figure has been used for some time as necessary for Trumps return.
The line goes like this,and is it just something to pacify us for a while? I don't know.Is it even achievable I don't know.
Supposedly Trump wants no less than 80% of Americans to see what is happening vis a vi who the rats are,how the election was stolen and other stuff before he comes back.
The decision can be legally made by the military but Trump thinks if 80% are on his side,quite a goal IMHO,that he should be able to present the evidence of massive voter fraud to the supreme court or other state courts and get some states to rescind delegates already pledged.

He avoids saying too much that is exact. You have to deduce that he is talking about Quantum satellite capabilities that can measure a cell phone in your hand while in the shower. Just as easily, stress algorithms among general public communications can measure turning moods (begging for relief). Words and phrases and frequency can bolster a MIL strike time, if there is to be one. Imagine what “eff Biden” is doing to youtube!
