“Last week, the U.S. surpassed 700,000 Covid-19 deaths, more than any other country, and 25,000 more than were killed by the Spanish flu of 1918, making Covid-19 the deadliest pandemic in American history. But there are signs of a reprieve.”

I know you didn’t say this nor did grey, and was a quote, but this is a LIE!
I’m reading the Great Influenza and people dropped dead, a lot of people! Bodies were stacked! Nurses would wrap the living, near death, in sheets with toe tags knowing they wouldn’t survive.
It’s insulting to people who actually died from the Spanish Flu.. even though they aren’t alive. My grandpa’s first wife died of the Spanish flu, leaving him with an infant daughter. And while my aunt is dead, her daughters are still alive, so their grandmother died of Spanish Flu. Eh but you know what I mean.

No prob, ppd !
Good on you for calling the MSM out!
spanish flu

I read over a year ago that spanish flu was really a bioweapon from Ft XX (can’ remember) in the US. People were told to take Bayer’s aspirin, which really exacerbated the illness. It really started in 1917, and I recall one of Trumps speeches he called it the 1917 flu.
Would have to dig on this, but I would not be surprised.
