Not sure of your point or what you are getting at but he was fully vaccinated with prevents you from getting COVID, prevents you from being hospitalized and dying from COVID.HaHaHa...you don't read much, do you!
Thousands of people with the VAX are getting sick again...and dying.

Heck of a generalization to believe every gay man is HIV+. First off, he never said 100% of gays have AIDS.
However, according to the CDC, which isn't a solid source, the lifetime risk of a gay man getting AIDS is between between 17% and 50%, depending on the racial population involved:
