The official engineering analysis report submitted through official channels that tried to concoct an explanation for why WTC-7 imploded that day without any plane hitting it. The explanation boiled down to calculating the heat (an erroneous calculation) of the buildings the planes had hit, how that heat weakened structural elements of WTC=7 causing it to fall straight now like it was under controlled demolition.

Absolute nonsense.

The analysis was discredited by engineers reading through it but because the context was engineering, the public didn’t see its deficiencies and the state media ignored it.

Instead, as happens in American society, fashions and smears are made, labels emerge, “Truthers”, the jackals of society chime in to make it more than it is, and so it dies because otherwise there is a manufactured shame factor to contend with.

The report was a joke to engineers. But the Public doesn’t have the background to digest it so it doesn’t resonate unless political muscle gets involved. And no such muscle was forthcoming as all eyes were on Bush and his Afghan adventure.
