Pro-Trump attorney Lin Wood continues to promote conspiracy theories and misinformation at conservative events around the country, claiming at a Friday rally that no planes hit the Twin Towers or the Pentagon on September 11, 2001.

“Go back and look at pictures”
If you can ignore what Larry Silverstein said about his building, I can ignore what you tell me to do.
Ha! Great ‘sifting it out’ exercise, FRiend.
Bull shit. I have friends who were in the Pentagon. If Lin Wood is really saying this then his train has left the tracks.
“He made terrible choices for his administration too.”
Everybody has the same pool to hire from in Washington.
They all suck.
I do clearly remember how riveting it was.
Thank you for the clarification.
Threads like these are helpful as it allows us to identify the 9/11 “truther” loons. They should be notated here and not forgotten; they’re lower in intelligence than the common Jerry Springer audience member and barely one notch higher than a pedophile.
> “That Lin Wood is off his rocker!”
There’s a newspuke with name ‘Jason Lemon’ who is in the same liar league as CNN’s Don Lemon, and he must be smirking right now at all the viewers who ate his latest bowl of crap.
And if this newspuke was to see the comments in FR, its a safe bet he’s thinking to pat himself on the back for successfully showing how members on a conservative website are so stupid and foolish to eat the crap he dishes out.
“Wood is a nutjob!”
“It’s all Trump’s fault for hiring this loon!”
Mission accomplished by a Newsweek Newspuke.
And BTW, it’s been “debunked” that WTC 7 was deliberately brought down in the manner of controlled demolition.
Believe that? Sure you do. You’ll believe anything a Newsweek Newspuke is quoted as saying.
And don’t forget, “It’s all Trump’s fault.”
Idiots.
Supposedly Trump wanted to make Powell a special prosecutor to investigate election irregularities. Barr refused, as did the White House Counsel.
Has Lin Wood really made these outrageous claims ("no planes hit the towers") or was he so on the money in Georgia that the media and government are doing everything (out of context articles) to discredit him?
That's a fair question - I put nothing past the media - they love to take things out of context to make it appear someone said something they never said, or take a joke and try to make it into a serious statement.
Ok sport. I’ve done both and I say it is. You can indeed give someone time in most modern flight sims and teach them to control an aircraft in flight quite successfully.
But in any case, your concern was how the pilot skimmed the ground in the Pentagon attack. The pilot of flight 77 was well trained.
“Hanjour first came to the United States in 1991, enrolling at the University of Arizona, where he studied English for a few months before returning to Saudi Arabia early the next year. He came back to the United States in 1996, studying English in California before he began taking flying lessons in Arizona. He received his commercial pilot certificate in 1999, and went back to his native Saudi Arabia to find a job as a commercial pilot. Hanjour applied to civil aviation school in Jeddah, but was turned down. Hanjour left his family in late 1999, telling them that he would be traveling to the United Arab Emirates to find work. According to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Osama bin Laden or Mohammed Atef identified Hanjour at an Afghanistan training camp as a trained pilot and selected him to participate in the September 11 attacks”
By the way, the average Kamakaze pilot had about 40 hours of training.
“Nobody spouting this nonsense can adequately explain what happened to all those passengers on the planes that “never” hit the towers or the Pentagon. Including at lease one of our own here on Free Republic (Barbara Olson).”
Lin Woods is nuts and so are 9/11 “truthers”.
“ Was Lin Wood ever officially representing Trump?”
————————————————————————————-
Never.
He was riding on Sidney Powell’s coat tails and let people believe he was working for Trump.
But, Sidney Powell wasn’t actually employed by Trump either.
She was partnering with Rudy and sharing info.
Look up Beebo Russell, the ‘Sky King’.
Not to mention Barbara Olsen, gone, and the smell of aviation fuel that spread throughout the Pentagon following the crash.
Just like that dingbat broad attorney Orly Taitz too. She's a real winner too.
What happened is that you had that one reporter who was trying to convey how complete the destruction of the plane was so there weren't large parts of the actual airplane structure left. That makes sense -- it's basically just thin skin over a frame, and that part that "looks like an airplane" was gone. But some morons took that portion of what that one reporter was saying and misinterpreted it to say there wasn't any debris that looked like it came from a plane. There was tons of that stuff.
I mean, I know I'm not going to convince any of you people. I'm just speaking up because I know there were a lot of people who have long-time friends who were actually there, and they had zero doubt that it was a plane because they saw those bits with their own eyes.
Not to mention my cousin was driving in the area and saw the plane flying very low toward the Pentagon.
Here’s a quick easy quiz……….
1) Name One Democrat Lin Wood has attacked.
One takeaway from the Trump administration is that he too often picked bad people. This broke his reputation of being a good judge of charactor in hiring.
Even now, why is he not spending money to hire credible attorneys to fight the election result? First, because it is likely a lost cause. Second, because he and others think they get more mileage fromt he controversy than by solving it. We are being played.
Now, some have good solutions--states putting in place better election integrity--voter ID. But unless we go back to paper, have a single day of voting, very limited and controlled absentee balloting, we won't solve the problem of corrupted and discredited elections.
I saw the movie long before Lin Wood became prominent. I mistakenly thought he was the attorney Richard gave the candy bars to. Thanks for pointing out that he wasn’t.
