It's unclear as to when Brian Laundrie's sister, Cassandra Laundrie, last saw her fugitive brother wanted on debit card fraud charges and named a person of interest in the death of Gabby Petito.
Cassandra Laundrie told ABC's "Good Morning America" in an interview published on Sept. 17 that the last time she spoke to her brother was when he returned home to Florida without Petito. That date, according to the family, was on Sept. 1. But the Laundrie family's attorney, Steven Bertolino, said the last time Cassandra Laundrie saw Brian was five days later, on Sept. 6.
"Law enforcement agencies are well aware of these dates. Any prior communication by Cassie that does not reflect these dates is simply a difference of relating an answer to a question misinterpreted by Cassie or poorly posed by the inquirer," Bertolino said.

He is a clown. Giving out too many texts, he can’t keep the Laundrie lies or information straight. One of the media people was surprised that he actually texts different answers each time a person from the media poses a question to him. The way the experienced attorneys do is to give the same blanket response to everyone. Steve better watch himself or he is going to get his clients wrecked.

the bottom line is, from Aug 31 to Sep 10, while the Petito family was trying to find where their daughter was, the Laundrie family were ALL hiding. Either via camping trips so they couldn’t be reached by phone or by hiding in their home when Petitos dad knocked on their door and Petito’s mom was ringing the phone off the hook

but Mr. Drunk didn’t do it maliciously as Laudrie is apparently doing. It’s almost like he wants the hunt for him to last longer than the hunt for his girlfriend. He’s taken everything else from her.
The thing that got me was him driving her vehicle back on her gas card. IF the rumor that he flew back for four days to move her stuff into/outof(never did clear that up) storage, if the story was they broke up, why didn’t he fly back again, instead of taking her vehicle and her bank funds (which would have left her stranded in Utah) and her computer and apparently her clothes and personal items (which were not found with Petito)? Keeping in mind that he had tried to take the vehicle on at least one occassion before - the fight in Moab - and possibly one other (Petito telling officer she didn’t want to be left ‘again’)
If you’re talking about the complaint over the Yelp posts, the lawyer didn’t do that.
The Petitos didn’t seem to understand what Yelp really is - but it’s odd that their lawyer didn’t, either.
Anybody can post anything about any business on Yelp. The business owner often knows nothing about it.
