the whole leash is missing. It is a steel cable wrapped in plastic. And he can’t jump this fence. We use carabiner snaps and the fence has latches on the top and on the bottom of the gate. To dig into it, he would have had to go through our neighbor’s fenced yards first.
He must have had help.
