I’ll tell ya, exit, it’s been a whirlwind. Looking back on this, I am amazed it all fell together so well. A year ago I was trying to purchase the property at the lake (which is STILL not sold, as it has to be severed from a larger plot of land).
I followed the advice of my daughter and cashed in on the hot real estate market on the spur of the moment, purchased a mobile home, unseen and having to take whatever was ordered by the people who cancelled it. It was the only mobile home coming in this year that wasn’t spoken for, so it was perfect timing. Then the home actually did get here on time. The whole thing unfolded very smoothly, considering there was zero planning went into it. Now we just need the septic bed completed (next week), as we’re making use of the septic tank as a holding tank. The inspector very kindly turned a blind eye to it yesterday lol. A bit more excavating, landscaping, a concrete pad and shed to be built, then we’re done.
It’s so nice here on the farm - I really don’t miss the lake any longer. I have some good friends out there and can pop out whenever I like. So all is good. We just have to get these Chinese owned commies out of power!

Vermont, the state with the highest vaccination rate in the United States, is experiencing a CCP virus surge at levels not seen since the pandemic’s peak last winter.
The number of cases in Vermont is at a record level, hospitalizations are close to the records made last winter, and the state recorded the deadliest day and the second deadliest month of the pandemic in September.
“I think it’s clearly frustrating for all of us,” said Michael Pieciak, commissioner of the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation who monitors CCP virus statistics for the state.
More than 69 percent of Vermont’s population has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of Sept. 24, according to the CDC, far above the national rate of 56 percent.

Yes, and with that they are laying off RN's and staff for not getting the vax. Here in Washington they are going to do this starting October 15. 2 days ago there was a lite army green humvee with a police lite bar unloading equipment. The driver said they are here to help the hospital and police. There is suppose to be 10 of them in our area and in several other cities in Eastern Washington.
Be on the look out for Humvees that look like this in your area, not a great shot but you get the idea of the color and shape. They will have a UN sticker on them, not big but obvious close up. Hopefully it will stay on the post. This was in Spokane recently.

Thanks for all your great info in FR mail! 👍 I’m now on a monthly dose of ivermectin. Did four weeks on one dose each time. Put some on potato chip n also add French onion dip. I’m also on all the other parts of the prophylactic protocol
