Not vax related but figure this one out. The high school friend of mine in Georgia and his wife had COVID. Neither were vaccinated. He got COVID pneumonia but she didn’t. Her doctor gave her Ivermectin and she recovered fine at home with no hospitalization.
Now he has severe Gout in both feet. It’s so bad he has been put on medication for it. He never had Gout before he had COVID. His wife recovered with no lingering side effects.
How can this virus treat people so differently? Nothing about it makes sense.
I think it has something to do with gut health myself. All these people talking about really high doses of melatonin required to not flush all have gut problems. I also believe that gut problems are the cause of autism and homosexuality.

Could it be that the spike proteins are at the root of all of the problems? The disease known as covid also comes with spike proteins and they’re known to wander the body when they’re allowed to proliferate. Left unchecked, they can invade any tissue via the circulatory system. It could be that the wide variety of symptoms being expressed are just a reflection of each body’s individual vulnerabilities created by that body’s unique combination of genetics and the environment.
IIRC you said your friend’s husband had a different Dr, and that is why he didn’t get the Ivermectin.
Here is some possibly good news; one treatment for severe gout is Colchicine, also claimed by some to be a treatment against CoViD. Perhaps, on a long shot, one reason Colchicine helps defeat CoViD is because it is indicated in the treatment of pericarditis, also predominantly mentioned in connection with CoViD infections, especially among the younger patients.
I probably was leaning/prone to that a few years back and it essentially went away when I severely carb restricted (along with losing 50-60 pounds). What scared me into the dietary change more than anything was tottering around on painfully sore ankles/feet in morning.
I had some residual swelling/calcification in my achilles area down near heel. Within about a week of starting taking that N-acetyl-cistene (sp?) (which is supposed to among others things be a good liver supplement) mentioned here that diminished by more than 50%.
Friends husband should try it, and I might add that a LOT of the issues surrounding the actual “malady” is probably either related to deficiencies of nutrients or physical conditioning.
