I have decided to throw the Niacin I bought in a drawer and go back to my regular multi-vitamin that contains all of the B vitamins in safe doses.

that isn’t a bad approach really. I chose a multivitamin that is relatively high in D, Zinc, and other vitamins. But not extremely high, as I’m not really wanting to fool around too much with dosing. I also started back to taking quercitin (500 mg) and I’m keeping some horse paste on hand. I’ve backed off on the ivermectin, but will start back into it at first sign of sickness.

I’ve taken melatonin as a sleep aid for years, when I’m on day shifts. For me, it’s a great help. I’ve found that for that purpose, 3 mg is the sweet spot.

I took the Melatonin for the same reason. They put me on rotating shifts a year before I retired. I can take 5mg but more than that or if I take it for too long I get seriously depressed. I stop for a while and I can take it again.
