The legal charges were issued today, and they appear to refer to credit account withdrawals that we assume took place after her death.
(But I still don’t know how all of that would stick in a court, given that their finances had probably been all mixed-up together, for a long time...)
As someone said earlier, it may be a ‘start’ to catching him - if he’s alive.
But who knows where it would go in a Court of Law?
They need actual evidence of his involvement in her death; other than that, this is - again - just a ‘start’.
