I got curious myself because I’ve been wanting a drone for a while. Made in the USA looks to be out of my price range unfortunately. I might just hold off and maybe I’ll come across the money for the Skydio or something else.

Wouldn’t be a bad business to get into working for real estate agents. Get outdoors, walk around some. Need a license from the FAA to do it commercially. Started out needing a bonafide pilot’s license until they finally came up with a FAA drone license. It’s just a book test. No actual flying skills test.

There are a ton of different industries using them these days. Great for visual inspections of things high up.

I’m not a drone fan — buzzing little privacy invaders are not my cup of tea — but they can be extremely useful, and the drone industry appears to be growing like mad.
