Very much doubt that Brian Laundrie is alive. This case is just another example of a pretty girl with her own demons and insecurities attracted to the bad boy lowlife. Perhaps turn himself in would be the wrong terminology. Asking him to come home might be more appropriate.

I'm not sure what the legal status would be. Clearly he is wanted for questioning in the death of Gabby Petito, and there is a massive search underway for him.
