MSNBC’s Reid: Coverage of Gabby Petito Case Is ‘Missing White Woman Syndrome

Monday, on her show “The ReidOut,” MSNBC anchor Joy Reid said that the media coverage of 22-year-old Gabby Petito is a clear case of “Missing White Woman Syndrome.”

Reid said, “If you’ve been watching the news for the past few days or on Twitter or TikTok, you’re familiar with the name Gabby Petito. The 22-year-old aspiring social media influencer who was reported missing after her fiancee returned from their van life excursion without her. On Sunday, human remains believed to be Petito’s were found in a national park in Wyoming. An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow to confirm the identity. Now it goes without saying that no family should ever have to endure that kind of pain, and the Pepito family certainly deserves answers and justice

You’re right. The reason it’s a story is that the poor girl was physically attractive to the general public. Other than that it’s just one more sad story of a twisted, abusive guy, and those stories are not rare.

That was a horrible story if we are speaking of the same event. It happened in the 1990s before the internet.

I recall it being in a very snowy part of the country. Blacks robbing and I think kidnapping a small group of white friends.

Actually, once upon a time, it was always a big deal anytime anybody got shot, stabbed, raped or murdered, regardless of race until the mid 1980s and then blacks made this things so common in their communities that it is no longer news worthy

Check out the body cam video of gabby and bf taken by utah police( i believe) during a traffic stop of the two for erratic driving. Might explain the outcome better than reids clueless bloviating attempt to generate more eyeballs watching. Reid is a racist baiting disgrace and probably worse in real life.
