The video is from Grand Teton Park, and is the same video that shows the van reportedly belonging to Ms. Petito. I wouldn't call that nonsense.

Whether or not the feature seen in the video is a person, or just some video artifact is hard to tell from the resolution of the Youtube version. It is possible that a higher resolution version of the video was provided to the FBI. You can see the video here.

If nothing else the video shows the value of dash cams, and the kind of evidence they can provide.

Lower on the Twitter page linked above in this article, Gabby can also be seen possibly sitting on a rock, and in the Tweet below that the rear door of the van appears to be opened then closed in another screen shot.

Wild stuff but she is dead and the man she supposedly was head over heels for possibly murdered her AND HE NEEDS TO BE FOUND.

How that lesbian couple's murder is not connected seems odd to me.
