I have some doubt whether the kid killed her. If she’s that unstable maybe she took off and he really doesn’t know what happened to her or if he accidentally hurt her defending himself I would think the attorney would be wanting to jump on that by taking his client in for an interview. The fact that he didn't call her parents and tell them "I lost your daughter" and that he did not call the police to report her missing shows he is guilty of something. She may have been a whack job, but you don't just abandon someone without letting people know what happened.
