This is the agreement on access to the routers, between Maricopa County and the AZ Senate. Here 👇🏻 https://t.co/U8fXaGKhEx pic.twitter.com/LzbA3RM3zw— CiceroConsultancy (@CiceroConsulta1) September 18, 2021
I read the agreement and have mixed feelings about it.
1) at this point it’s this or nothing. The Senate did the best they could to get something vs. perpetuate.
2) Maricopa will still not divulge any passwords they still claim they don’t have. This alone mandates the election results should be decertified IMO.
3) They are not going to get physical copies of things I believe they should. They can take notes & then Shadegg will pass along. Exception are the router + splunk logs. If the analysts are good then they’ll run security applications against the system and the report produced will be good.
4) Shaddegg is TBD ... I used to like him; he did criticize impeachment of Trump, at least the first time.
5) After completion of the exchange the Senate will tell the AG that Maricopa complied, then Maricopa pays the bills.
We’ll see!
