Data released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that between Dec. 14, 2020 and Sept. 3, 2021, a total of 675,593 adverse events following COVID vaccines were reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). The data included a total of 14,506 reports of deaths — an increase of 595 over the previous week.
There were 88,171 reports of serious injuries, including the reports of deaths, during the same time period — up 2,200 compared with the previous week.
Excluding “foreign reports” filed in VAERS, 539,473 adverse events, including 6,577 deaths and 41,840 serious injuries, were reported in the U.S. between Dec. 14, 2020 and Sept. 3, 2021.
Of the 6,577 U.S. deaths reported as of Sept. 3, 12% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 18% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 31% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.
In the U.S., 373.2. million COVID vaccine doses had been administered as of Sept. 3. This includes: 212 million doses of Pfizer, 146 million doses of Moderna and 14 million doses of Johnson & Johnson (J&J).

So, let’s see here. If we take this at face value and believe that 14,506 deaths occurred after Covid-19 vaccination, then the rate of dying is 14,506 out of 377,202,098 doses administered. That works out to a 0.00385% chance of dying after receiving a vaccination. (The VAERS system does not indicate cause of death, so just using reports of deaths does not tell anything about vaccine safety).
Let’s compare this to the chance of dying after contracting Covid-19. The current death rate is 659,018 deaths out of 40,866,487 cases (US only), which is a 1.613% chance of dying from Covid-19 if you catch it. This makes dying from Covid-19 about 419 times more likely than dying after receiving a vaccine dose.
Be careful of anti-vax advocates. They never put anything into context and they omit important information. Like, if the process of becoming immune to Covid-19 is deadly, it is deadly regardless of whether the immunity is caused by vaccination or by catching the disease.

And, the CDC managed, and stifled VAERS, is at least 10% ++ LOW....since they drag their feet inputting the info.

Wonder why we never hear that from our own USA CDC, and our mandate mad governors?
Wow. 30% chance of dying if you are over the age of 50 and admitted to the hospital. And the vaccine appears to do nothing. Or perhaps even makes things worse?
However, I’m guessing that the vax is taken more by older people and folks with health issues, so perhaps it isn’t really making things worse.
Keep taking it and expect different results.
