God bless you for this your service to our country.
The day’s not over so maybe we’ll get to hear of Beau or Hunter’s bravery on 9/11.
Thank you, and you are welcome
BTW, in the game against Ohio State, three Oregon football players ran to the end zone after the anthem and took the knee on this 9/11. The coach will probably reward them, and them might even receive a nod from Biden.
Thank you, good sir.
May God give us strength.
Tatt
Sure does.
Your first post in that thread describes the San Francisco Examiner also had the headline.
The real sad irony is the Bush who stood on the debris pile being a man and leader quickly turned into a sniveling woke operator backtracking “dead or alive” after his leftist wife publicly scolded him
And now 20 years later he equates patriots with Islamic extremists
That people....is why we are losing our nation
Poor leadership that we once believed in
Woke politics and virtue signaling in any form is a cancer to liberty and independence of a nation
That was Bush just revealing what he always was. And I, like many here, fell for it, back then.
We are in agreement
Maybe it was all an act but it seemed genuine at the moment and I suppose that’s why we fell for it. On the other hand maybe he evolved with nuances etc. Either way he betrayed his supporters and he is essentially dead to us.
Yes. I just say the Sun was first because if you read the article the Sun put out a special edition on the afternoon of Sept 11 with the headline. Staff were actually on the streets handing the edition out for free. Normally it’s just a morning paper. I think Examiner had theirs the next day.
I think everyone here this side of tpaine and owk did.....
Although I soured big time within 2-3 years over his immigration stances
