25th provides for an Executive Removal of POTUS (25A, Section 4).
At first, the term is temporary but can be made permanent after a time-specific. (timing is outlined in 25A).
In this interim time, the VPOTUS becomes “Acting” POTUS.

In the opening clause of the 25th, we find that when there is a \vacancy\ in the Office of POTUS, the VPOTUS “becomes” POTUS.
Vacancy is defined as removal, death or resignation.

If an Executive Removal is actuated (25A, Section 4) does the “acting” POTUS name a successor to the VPOTUS office?
Is there actually a vacancy in the VPOTUS office?
The terminology indicates that the “acting” POTUS can be transitioned BACK into the VPOTUS after the POTUS returns from any incapacity to function.

Also, note that this provides for an “incapacitated period” and Constitutionally must be observed in cases where Congressional Removal, resignation, or death are not apparent.
So, here is the conflict, in actuating an Executive Removal (25A, Section 4), a replacement VPOTUS should not be named until a Congressional Removal has been completed.

Biden was placed in the office because he was the only candidate that would not be power-hungry and make decisions on his own; Obama’s-ear-piece, remember?
Harris was added because of pandering to “women” and “blacks”, she’s a push-poll=baby meant for optics.
Her current actions and responsibilities reflect that.

Harris, as we know, will not be controllable once she seizes the reins of government...especially in the days of tyranny we call a pandemic.
I posit that THIS is why they continue to prop Xao up.
They don’t want Harris to be POTUS or even “acting” POTUS.

Good points, thanks for the detailed info. I think they done bit off more than they can chew. In more ways than one. I also think Camela now realizes she does not want to be Potus. She’s floundering big time just as VP and can hardly manage without flinging poo and punching people.
