The request divides employees into specific groups.
It is intimidation.
I see a time when management will inquire of those that chose not to disclose.
My thoughts on the vax mandates and questions:
Dividing employees into specific groups violates anti-discrimination laws.
Intimidation is creating a hostile work environment, which also violates anti-discrimination laws.
