I was a bit rough calling people stupid, but you nailed the sentiment and I thank you for it. I also apologize to my brothers and sister here for using words without thought.

Thank you for the kind words. I assumed I blanketed you with too many of mine.

I think we all ‘go there’ sometimes because it helps diffuse otherwise unbearable emotions.

I first read about that decades ago. An author suggested the cops she worked with said rough things about victims (’looks like Baby Doll got more than she asked for’) because they ‘have’ to deal with the horror of standing out in a plowed field at dawn looking at the remains of some teenage hitchhiker etc. She said blaming the victim helped them deal with the psychological duress of being a witness to horror/harm.

We know this in another version - the parent who explodes in rage when a child is almost hit by a car or some other serious injury.

I thought of it years ago when, upon stating my intention to take my car to an unfamiliar part of town, my friend gripped the arms of his chair and bellowed, “Well then you DESERVE WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU!” His face was red and a vein stood out on his forehead.

I was stunned into silence. After a moment, I angrily said something sarcastic (”Yes! How dare I take my car to a carwash!”) and he jumped up and started rattling off the murders and crime in the area and although he was yelling facts, he sounded like he was pleading.

I told him I didn’t realize it was dangerous in that area and his anger switched to become more ordinary exasperation, because he was no longer afraid I would go and now he wanted to scold me into being more careful, in order to lower his anxiety level.

I think our brothers and sisters already knew your true compassionate intention instinctively. I just mentioned it to you because I’ve seen hate/rage levels in the forum directed at people who get the shot, and I seriously think those ragers are experiencing that terrible duress and just venting it, as if they can name-call those around them into staying away from the shot.

I don’t know if the forum tactic works to convince people, but it might. I think those getting it now are already under so much pressure, it may just add to their duress.

As I said previously, I don’t count anyone who got the shot ‘out’. God calls the shots. :D

Agreed. I have several friends that took the jab early on. I find I can not speak to them about it because I don't want to scare them. I'm certain they already heard about the downside, which makes it twice as hard not to speak about it openly and honestly. I do not count them out, or anyone else that took the vax early on.

I am so grateful for this thread and everyone on it.

We call it the 'escalation of force'. Its like a ladder. You must always stay at least one rung above the opponent. And yes, they are opponents, if not full on enemies.

What they are doing plays into and enables the entire covid/vax hoax (call it what you will). They must come to realize they are wrong. Currently, they are under the illusion that they're right, and we are the bad guys.

I aim to disabuse them of that wrong-think. Also, our back and forth (we get as good as we give) is not really for them anyway. They already got the poison. Its more for the others who tend to 'move with the crowd'.

They can still be swayed and saved. And can be used to help save us all.

I don’t know if the forum tactic works to convince people, but it might. I think those getting it now are already under so much pressure, it may just add to their duress.

Their duress is not my concern. I think of the duress of the people under the boot heel of an oppressive, enemy government. And the duress of my country.

But I don't mind running the 'good cop, bad cop' on them with you ,if it gets the job done.

Believe it or not, I was always better at 'good cop'. True story.
