is it possible to over do vits/supplements/etc?....
I've ordered NAC...I take a slew of vits including C and D .....I've got generic quercetin with zinc....can I take all this stuff together?....anybody who knows, let me know..thx.

Fairly Easily, Yes.
So read the directions and proceed with due caution.
Some are better with food.
Some are better dissolved under the tongue.
Some have undesirable interactions with other medications you may
already be taking. Check that.
Some work better when taken after certain others they work in tandem with.

I take a multi vitamin. And I take that into consideration when determining the other daily doses.
I take NAC
Vitamin C
Vitamin D3
Calcium Citrate
quercetin w/ bromelian
zinc w/copper
Vitamin K2
Curcumin w/ pepperine
Probiotics/yogurt
I take minimum amounts of these, unless I am going out to the dr. or something - then I take the higher doses starting 2 days before going and after about a week go back to lower doses.
Been doing that since early 2020 - no problems so far.
I wonder how Pres. Biden can dictate to the legislative and judicial branches?

Let's go back just a bit here to July 2021. I'm going to show some key points from the article and let you put it together.

Assange is key. Don't take your eye off the ball. Do not let anyone convince you that we need to go into Afghanistan again. Assange already showed that it was a money laundering scheme. And don't make heroes out of clown assets who are doing a performance to make you believe something is happening that is not really happening. Never trust people who put cheetos on their face. Don't get caught back up in lies and deception. Do not forget those who opposed Trump. And don't think assets are not in play in alt media.
