Have not read all of the comments, so please pardon me if this has already been brought up.
The posted text mentions the galactic center but never relates how far away it is. Our galaxy, the Milky Way, is estimated to be 100,000-200,000 light years in diameter. Our solar system is located in the inner portion of one of its spiral arms, and our distance from the galactic center is about 24,000-26,000 light years.

The emissions we are now detecting left their source during the middle of Earth’s last great Ice Age. If it’s a message from space (very doubtful), it sure as heck isn’t for us.
