Don’t cocaine and fentanyl do two totally different things? I believe one is a stimulant while the other is a depressant/pain killer.
I would think that an addict would know the difference. I sure as hell don’t but that struck me as odd.

That is like the cocaine heroin speedball. I guess the upper and downer don’t cancel each other out, but are supposed to complement each other to produce a state of euphoria. Don’t try it though.
