You have to choose the protocol, which gives the frequency and the dose needed for that stage.

For a 280 pound pet:

.2 mg/kg X 127 kg = 25.4 mg of ivermectin = 22%
.4 mg/kg X 127 kg = 50.8 mg of ivermectin = 45%
.6 mg/kg X 127 kg = 76.2 mg of ivermectin = 67%

You get the percentage from the old formula “% x Whole = Part” To get the %, you figure part/whole.

Or just divide your body weight by 2.2 and that’s your weight in kilograms, which is how IVM paste is given. Easy Peasy.
