As I posted, for years I have taken a 500mg timed release form of niacin; never flushed because the dosage is low and the release is slow. Slow release usually means better absorption. Good combination, especially over an extended period of time. :)
The no flush niacin is not nicotinic acid. You need nicotinic acid, not the other forms. The flush is good because it serves as a barometer as to whether you are dosing the proper ratio of niacin to melatonin.
