I think it is high time for grandparents to make their kids feel like total cads for shutting them off from grandkids and should work on building a substitute family.
I am sure there are parents out there who need help with their kids and would be willing to help the substitute grandparent out with something in return, such as replacing a light fixture, raking the leaves, or whatever.
People who are feeling isolated within their own family because they are in the minority on the vax issue need to start finding likeminded people to surround themselves with and seek mutual support with.
