My local non big box gun/clothing/feed store (also at Tractor Supply) sells Farnam brand IverCare 1.87% paste and says “Proudly Made In The USA” on the box. Unlike DurVet which is Canadian made. I prefer to buy USA!
$10.99 a tube (apple flav.) and the expiration date is 06/23 so good long shelf life, too.
A vetranarian supply salesman told me about this as a dog heartworm treatment many years ago back in the 90’s. He used it as it was the exact same thing same thing the pet doctors charge big $$$ for in pill form but much more affordable. I used it for decades and my Rottweilers never had heart worms or parasites.
Now I find it is good for me too.
Don’t forget, give some to the dog, too!

Last fall I bought the Durvet @ $4.99
This spring bought the Farnam @ 9.99 !!!
Went to the store this week and they were out of it. I was considering sharing it with my dog for heartworm, but also for lungworm. I had a slug infestation in my garden this year and found out they may carry lungworms. I know that my dog ate at least one slug.
I think if I had given ivermectin to my chicken it would have killed whatever killed her.
At the online TSC, I’m having a hard time ordering it to my local store. The shipping is outrageous. Three tubes would cost $40.00.
I WANT MY HORSE PASTE!!!!
