In the grand scheme of things Newton was never a top tier QB. He was decent, but just another face among a long line of average QB’s for the NFL.

He can't throw with anticipation. He's just another "running back who wants to be a QB".

FANTASTIC in college, where his size and speed overwhelmed. But, NOT in the NFL.

I expect Baltimore to hire him as a backup to Lamar. Same skill set.

Cam Newton was good, he led Panthers to the Super Bowl. After that, he lost his mojo, he was not the same.
