Graphene Oxide is in the literature as a speculative adjuvant in vaccines.
An adjuvant would be worthless in mrna vaccines, however.

What is in the mRNA vaccines besides mRNA?
The main ingredients in mRNA vaccines are:
An adjuvant, which stimulates the immune system to react more vigorously and increases the likelihood that the body will recognize the spike protein as “foreign,” is often contained in vaccines. Adjuvants are generally safe but designed to promote an inflammatory/immunologic response. The adjuvant is what causes most of the side effects that result from the vaccine including fever, headache, and pain and soreness in your muscles. So, these side effects are a sign that the vaccine is doing what it is supposed to.
The Pfizer vaccine does not contain an adjuvant.

The second one is about hamsters in whom the viral load was not decreased by ivermectin, but it did appear to work as an anti-inflammatory.
The fourth one I followed to the actual publication link and the conclusion was this -
“In conclusion; the usage of ivermectin did not achieve significance for any of the endpoints. However; there was an observed trend to reducing hospital stay in the ivermectin-treated group. These findings may suggest using ivermectin as an add-on therapy to protocols used for the treatment of COVID-19. However, these results are needed to be validated in a larger prospective follow-up study.”
The last one looks promising but I could not get to the actual publication. Also it is from 10/20.

Ironically, the study you posted in #158 is a preprint, meaning it has has not been formally reviewed. “Peer reviewed matters” in your own words.
It is a meta analysis of 10 RCTs, while the one I posted, which includes 63 RCTs that have been peer reviewed. https://ivmmeta.com/
This link also contains a database of 113 ivermectin COVID-19 studies, 73 peer reviewed, 63 with RCTs.
Mrna vaccines do not have adjuvants.
