That way is tasty. I once whipped a dozen yolks, then you line a muffin sheet with prosciutto, pour in the egg, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. It’s awesome.
Ever heard of hard boiled egg pudding? It sounds terrible, but it’s absolutely delicious and an easy way to get your protein (great for kids/elderly). Once you make it, it has to get cold ... the ‘eggy’ taste disappears when it’s cold. My biggest problem is not eating it all in one sitting because it’s so good; however, feeling full sneaks up on you & it’s very easy to overeat & be semi-miserable. The serving size is 1/2 cup & it’s best to stick with that for starters.
I dice my hard boiled eggs fairly small first & add very gradually to the blender so I don’t bind it up - the pudding gets very thick.
