Ever heard of hard boiled egg pudding? It sounds terrible, but it’s absolutely delicious and an easy way to get your protein (great for kids/elderly). Once you make it, it has to get cold ... the ‘eggy’ taste disappears when it’s cold. My biggest problem is not eating it all in one sitting because it’s so good; however, feeling full sneaks up on you & it’s very easy to overeat & be semi-miserable. The serving size is 1/2 cup & it’s best to stick with that for starters.
I dice my hard boiled eggs fairly small first & add very gradually to the blender so I don’t bind it up - the pudding gets very thick.

When we were getting 10 eggs a day from the chickens, this was a delicious way to use them up. :-)
That sounds gross, but I’m weird myself.
I used to make Irish steel cut oats, chop up 5 hard boiled eggs, and stir it up with Frank’s hot sauce.
I’d bring it into work and nuke it for breakfast.
People walking by my desk would look disgusted and keep walking.
I used to eat a whole rotisserie chicken for lunch as well.
needless to say, I got picked on, but enjoyed it. :)
