I agree. He was acting very strange, and came up with excuse after excuse. I think he just didn’t want to do the job. He said something about he was late the first day because of a appraisal. So I think he’s either buying or selling a house and doesn’t want to take the time to work.
But our contract is with Home Depot. So they’ll have to deal with their contractor who will deal with their subcontractor. I imagine they’ll do nothing.
Hmmmmm, would be much harder to sue HD, deep pockets.
Let’s hope they at least fired this jerk and he won’t be screwing any other person then hiding behind HD.
