Hmmmmm, would be much harder to sue HD, deep pockets.
Let’s hope they at least fired this jerk and he won’t be screwing any other person then hiding behind HD.

What Washington DC did wrong with dealing with a global war on terror is that the premises wrong of who the terrorists are. They created a fantasy view that doesn’t exist of the islamic terrorists that it’s truly a religion of peace.
They usually settle instead of wasting time on a small lawsuit.
