This needs to go to the Supreme Court. Not that I hold up much hope since they are corrupt. But negative test, antibody test, why can’t those be used. Nobody has even proved this vaccine is even effective, not if you have to have booster after booster.
Sigh. I’m just glad I don’t work for the Department of Labor anymore. I feel so sad for our young people.
One of my sons works for a company that is a government contractor. Great job, but he was notified that he must get the treatment or he is out. He is so stressed trying to decide what to do. It is an abomination. He may try for a religious exemption, since that comes under ADA which appears to still be in effect for the moment (HIPAA is out the window, since they will be sending out lists of the unvaxed to managers).
My other son is starting his 6th year in a PhD program. The school demands the therapy. He, too, is trying to apply for a waiver ... if he is booted, there go all those years. And, job prospects appear to be diminishing for the non-compliers.
We are so upset by this. I know they will find their ways. We oldies were duped into taking the J&J (told it was different from the 2-dose ones and not mRNA). I was lied to and will not be doing any further shots/boosters. I am done.
I stayed away from the news for 6 months after the big steal, not having anything positive to say. After 6 months, I am still angry, powerless, and very, very sad.
