This jackhole doesn’t realize that there are real attorneys that would love the 1/3 cut from the law sits arising from this simplton’s stupidity.
He’s now in a corner.
Disclose and be liable and be turned in for malpractice.
Not disclose and be a fraud, forever shamed as a fraud
Fade away, or CONTINUALLY have this challenge in his face.
The big question now...
Does COMIRNATY qualify for the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP)?
By statute, VICP allows a person who is injured by a common vaccine to sue the manufacturer and/or the health care provider AFTER the injured person FIRST follows all the correct procedures to petition VICP for compensation.
The most important qualification for a VICP covered vaccine is that the CDC must recommend the vaccine for children and pregnant women.
The CDC does recommend COMIRNATY for pregnant women.
Until I read this post, I thought COMIRNATY was also CDC recommended for children over age 12.
Apparently, it is only recommended for kids over 16.
That might be an issue that excludes COMIRNATY from the VICP and the statutory right to sue the manufacturer and provider.
Just sick of all the anecdotes, which prove nothing.
The other side of the argument has a hundred times more but it’s not that dramatic to say “all my friends and co-workers got the shot and nothing happened.”
Anecdotes are fine to give newspaper stories some human interest, but not in a serious discussion.
Take https://mymedicalscore.com/medical-error-statistics/ for instance. It was published in 2020 but it refers to information published in 2016 that still stands today.
Johns Hopkins, yet.
Off topic, as usual, but you ought to read both web sites. Maybe you will begin to grasp why most folks prefer to keep doctors at arms length. You guys don't have anything near a sterling record to point to as providers of reliable information and when you and your political bosses start getting well, bossy, you make yourselves look like a bunch of jackasses.
P.S. Here's another copy and paste that might help you understand why you don't feel comfortable with Fauci as your boss; at least that's what you have implied. https://americanhumanist.org/ Their slogan is 'Good Without A God" and Fauci is their Man of the Year.
“all my friends and co-workers got the shot and nothing happened.”
Why has the traditional time to approve a vaccine been something like 10 years? And why did 95% fail to get approved due to problems in the longer term phase 2 and 3 trails? Do you think it was because lots of people in the early testing seemed Ok, like your homies above?
So what invasive medical procedures does an employer have a right to demand you have performed? That is the real question. Hand amputations to diminish the chance you steal from them? How about having to take tranquilizers so you don’t annoy people at meetings? WHERE DOES IT END?
It ends where the employee wants it to end. Employer and employee can ask for whatever occurs to them. If they ask for something stupid, their proposal will most of the time be rejected.
“All of them prevent a large percentage of disease and the breakthrough cases are not critically ill.”
Umm, so the “vaxxed” people who catch covid and die were killed by something else? Did they get shot? Bludgeoned? Ran over by a car? They died from covid without being critically ill?
Sayin “all” makes your claim false. That’s before we even find out the long term effects of the jabs. That story has yet to be told, and there is nobody who can honestly claim they know how it will turn out.
Since Covid hit, informed consent and medical responsibilities to inform people about risks have vanished. The FDA and CDC are pushing people to be test subjects, when by taking the vaccines, we give up our legal rights and protections if vaccines harm us. These vaccines are issued without prescriptions by third parties, so there is no accountability. The alternatives, HCQ, Ivermectin and others are prescription medications, where there is accountability.
We are literally being pushed to give our rights and legal protections, while alternatives that have protections are being denied. In my view, this is a total breach of medical ethics. Fat chance the NYT will ever discuss any of that.
