Arkansas doctor under investigation
CNN ^ | August 27, 2021 | Devon M. Sayers and Rebekah Riess

The Arkansas Medical Board is investigating after a doctor said he prescribed an anti-parasitic drug "thousands" of times for treatment of Covid-19, including to inmates in an Arkansas jail.

The FDA has been warning against the use of ivermectin for treatment of Covid-19 since March. The drug is used to treat parasitic infections, primarily in livestock, and the CDC recently cautioned about an increase in reports to poison centers of severe illness caused by the drug.

Justice of the Peace Eva Madison raised the issue during a county budget hearing in Fayetteville on Tuesday, saying a county employee had told her the jail's medical provider was prescribing ivermectin to treat and prevent Covid-19.

The county employee -- who doesn't work for the sheriff's department -- was directed to the jail to receive a Covid-19 test, Madison told CNN. During the visit he was prescribed ivermectin, which the Arkansas Department of Health also advises not to use to treat or prevent Covid-19.

"He is very afraid of retribution from the county and so he asked me to raise this issue on his behalf," Madison said.

"Much to my surprise, he (the sheriff) defended the use. He defended the practice," Madison said. The sheriff offered to put Madison in touch with the medical provider. Screen shots of the text exchange with the sheriff provided by Madison confirm her account. Dr. Robert Karas provides medical services to the Washington County jail. He has been the contracted provider since 2015, according to Madison.

It is, of course, in direct opposition to the interests of the CDC to prescribe anything that alleviates the symptoms of COVID. Once infected the victim is expected to die. NO therapy is permitted to be provided, according the CDC directives, until the final stages at which time breathing support is provided. In nearly all cases this is the final intervention before death,

..." I got it because of possible clotting dangers from all of the “vaccines”."...

Liberal use of aspirin is recommended. 2 aspirin 4 times a day is totally reasonable provided your stomach can take it.

That is an excellent summation, LTC Ret. Thanks for posting that.

With regard to your:

1) There is NO accepted protocol or standard of care in treating covid. It is interesting that you bring this up. Every single Randomized Controlled Trial I have read says that they used the "standard of care" as their reference for determining the efficacy of the treatment or drug. Yet I have yet to find a study that defines the "standard of care." It's a mystery to me what the current "standard of care" is.

5) If there is a treatment or modality that you would prefer, do your homework. Most hospitals will share how their MDs treat patients, what the protocols are, as general information before you go to the hospital. About a year ago, I wanted to know what my GP would do if I got sick. I asked him about his protocols and what he thought of the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis regimens that were being published. He refused to tell me how they would treat me -- he essentially said "Trust us, we are the medical professionals and we know what's best." That really left me cold. His response to my question about the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis regimens was awful, too. He wrote to me "Follow the CDC's advice."

Fortunately, more and more states and health systems are FINALLY becoming aware that monoclonal antibodies have a high degree of effectiveness. States are FINALLY opening MAB centers for people to get treated.

RE: no accepted standard protocol

Several countries have made ivermectin a standard of practice

US physicians should form their own panel to do FDA’s work, since FDA is a COMPLETE failure. Approve the MATH-plus protocol and tell FDA to STFU.

This is such a crime against humanity. No one should be without treatment.

I am on day 5 of Covid. Tested pos Sunday. Started Ivermectin paste Friday night when the cold symptoms I had had since Thurdsay were still hanging on. I did not take on Sat because I wasn’t sure it was Covid but overnight Sat was feverish with headache and cough developed. Took Ivermectin Sunday am and this morning. I am 49, healthy, exercise 6 days a week but I am in the obese category. 185 @ 5’8” so I could stand to lose 10-15 lbs. My symptoms are better than yesterday but I am still tired, have congestion and cough and slight headache when not taking Tylenol. I would say this is reminiscent of a bad cold. Not even close to the bad influenza I have had before.

This morning my sense of smell and taste was pretty much gone. By noon that changed. Now it is back but diminished. I have to have something directly under my nose to smell it. I can taste the food I had for dinner tonight when this am I could not. Gatorade tastes different than yesterday but coffee thankfully tastes pretty much the same.

I am also taking the following:
Quecertin
Zinc
Vitamin D and C
Famotidine
Melatonin
Aspirin

I don’t know why I listed all this but thought I would share. I don’t know what is working or not with me but I am seeing improvements. I do think that last week Tuesday and Weds this was developing because I was tired very early on in my exercise classes and I noticed that as unusual.

Sorry for the rambling on.

Already take aspirin and Plavix. Aspirin will not alleviate the Spike protein that causes the clots.

Japan has authorized the use of Ivermectin to treat Covid-19. They have found Ivermectin to be an inexpensive and effective treatment.
Our CDC appears to believe American should not be given therapeutic drugs like Ivermectin. Has the CDC gotten kickbacks from big pharma?

Glad to read your symptoms and especially recovery! Great news.

Because I work in a hospital with many covid patients I’ve been using xlear nasal spray each day before I go into work. Along with D3,K2, C, Omega, zinc and a baby aspirin. That’s it at present. I know 6 people at work with covid- all received the vaccine. It’s odd and I’m not pretending to understand it or get snarky. I will say though, they’re all overweight or obese.

Best to you- sleep and get well!

“Trust us, we are the medical professionals and we know what’s best.”

I translate this kind of a statement directly as:
“Run -— find another MD quick!!!”

...."Aspirin will not alleviate the Spike protein that causes the clots."....

Aspirin is not for the spike protein. It is for the clots and fever. Aspirin thins the blood to go around the clots.

Morons have no idea that every time they pull this crap they torpedo their own credibility. Entire nations are using ivermectin successfully and one tinpot dictator judge in Arkansas is going to crucify a doctor for success with it.

“No one — including incarcerated individuals — should be subject to medical experimentation,” Holly Dickson, executive director of the ACLU of Arkansas, said in a statement, adding that the sheriff “has a responsibility to provide food, shelter and safe, appropriate care to incarcerated people.”

There’s nothing experimental in the use of Ivermectin for anti-viral.

It was thoroughly and properly tested all through the 80s in real double-blind long-term studies and is absolutely proven to be a good wide spectrum anti-viral.

There were plenty of peer-reviewed studies available online until the usual suspects started scrubbing the web.

That’s the problem ... the spike protein causes the blockage and ends up replicating so you have more and more spikes until you have a clot regardless of aspirin and other blood thinners.

meta analysis of 63 Ivermectin studies here”: https://ivmmeta.com/ Lots of good info there.

I am planning on asking my doctor about it when I see him in a couple of weeks. He is a genius, but wants met take the jab, which I absolutely refuse to do. As long as medical researcher continue to slice and dice unborn babies for medical research, I want nothing to do with the vaccines, which were all developed using cell lines from aborted babies.

I am already on hydroxychloroquine for the last couple of years for my rheumatoid arthritis, which does provide some protection from Covid.

Take the HCQ with zinc. The way HCQ works against virus is to change the PH of the virus capsid and allow entry of zinc ions into the body of the virus through the capsid barrier.

The zinc stops virus reproduction.

Works against a lot of virus, not just the covid.
