I have both, why do you think that Xclear is better? The spray from Israel states that it kills over 99% of viruses.

Thanks.

Xlear doesn't kill anything. It keeps the microbes (not just viruses) from attaching to your mucous membranes. You aren't in danger of killing off any good bacteria with Xlear. Besides that it's cheap, doesn't require a prescription, and you can make it yourself.

HOMEMADE XLEAR

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 cup distilled or purified water.
  2. 1/2 tsp salt (NOT MORTONS table salt)
  3. 1/2 tsp Xylitol crystals
  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. 4 drops grapefruit seed extract (optional)
  6. 1/2 tsp colloidal silver (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine ingredients until dry are dissolved. DO NOT BOIL!
  2. Strain through unbleached coffee filter (especially if using exotic salt like Himalayan)
  3. Pour into nasal spray bottle and snort it.

We call it the snot shot. Use it before going around people and again when you get home. This recipe does have a shelf life of about a month. If it starts to yellow that means it's oxidizing, and you should not use.
