Xlear doesn't kill anything. It keeps the microbes (not just viruses) from attaching to your mucous membranes. You aren't in danger of killing off any good bacteria with Xlear. Besides that it's cheap, doesn't require a prescription, and you can make it yourself.
We call it the snot shot. Use it before going around people and again when you get home. This recipe does have a shelf life of about a month. If it starts to yellow that means it's oxidizing, and you should not use.
2 people I was sitting next to last Tue (8/24) tested positive for the chinavirus. The day before yesterday, I was feeling a little lightheaded and had some diarrhea (mild). Last night, my heart rate was more rapid than it should be, I had some heaviness in my chest, a runny nose, mild infrequent coughing, and SPO2 was slightly lower than normal.
Began the full regimen yesterday of Queceterin/C, D3, and Zinc. (Been taking D3, the rest just arrived yesterday).
This morning I wasn’t feeling quite up to par, but when I read #1pal’s post about Xclear I remembered that I purchased some of that for hubby. He hadn’t used it because he had something else that was working ok for him.
WELL, 2 sprays in each nostril... 15 minutes later ... voila! Feeling WAY better. Breathing better. Feeling like myself again. Chinavirus symptoms defeated!
Praise God and thank you #1pal for the reminder. :D
